Susie works as an Organisational Psychologist, providing development and selection support to organisations and individuals. She works with clients to co-create a space to think and an environment to explore challenges, create aspirations, plan and grow in their work. She is passionate about enabling and empowering people to work out their own best path, in a supportive and encouraging way. As an experienced psychologist, she has worked with a variety of clients including adults with neurodifferences; providing assessment, screening, support and 1-2-1 coaching in the workplace. Susie lectures at Undergraduate and Post-graduate levels, on Psychology and Business subjects. |
