She is passionate about coaching and discovering time to think felt like ‘coming home’. Her greatest joy in life comes from seeing people (including herself) stretch into new possibilities. Last year she overcame her fear of swimming with her face in the water and she went on to become an avid sea swimmer, completing a 5 kilometre sea swim. If her phone rings out there is every chance she is under water somewhere! She currently lives in Dublin with her husband and her three sons.
