With a background in aerospace and defence, where she worked for over 20 years, Karen held senior management positions in engineering, procurement, contract management and project management. Reporting at board level, Karen led individuals to successfully deliver complex multi-billion pound equipment projects and managed teams through many organisational changes. She appreciates firsthand the demands faced by leaders operating in today’s rapidly changing business environment.
Establishing Karen Mason Associates in 2007, her specialities include leadership development, coaching and facilitation, working with senior executives and teams. A certified Time to Think Facilitator, NLP Trainer and qualified leadership coach, she now uses her business experience, along with her passion for personal development, to help her clients excel. Karen brings a strengths based professionalism and rigour to her work, combining flexibility, support and challenge, to facilitate desired results.
