|| Julia has been coaching for nine years, and is a graduate of Henley Business School's Coaching Masters Degree; alongside this she is an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach with the EMCC. She has worked with senior leaders, middle-managers and future leaders in both the Public and Private Sectors. Her clients appreciate her skillful challenge yet caring approach to coaching, which they say leads to deeper insight and learning. She works closely with her clients to explore hidden potential and aspects of their character to enhance authentic leadership and resilience. Her core values of authenticity and competence underpin all her work. She prides herself on the ability to build strong rapport and empathy with clients and ensures, before taking on an assignment both parties are content, comfortable and clear with the relationship. Julia was inspired by the Thinking Environment Approach having spent a day with Nancy whilst at Henley; she is keen to bring the approach into organizations to minimize work-place conflict and enhance performance. She is passionate about her continuing professional development and regularly takes part in supervision and other learning opportunities.
