|| Danie is the owner of Strategic Human Capital Consulting - a small consultancy that is passionate about and focuses on the strategic role of people and culture in the success of organisations. (www.strategichumancapital.co.za). He started Strategic Human Capital Consulting in 2007 to combine his interest in strategy, business and organizational dynamics, and his passion for people. He is a critical thinker and eager, permanent learner – enjoying keeping abreast of global thought leadership in his areas of interests.
The work he does focuses on the strategic role of People (including Leadership) and Culture in successfully achieving business strategies. This often involves: a) comprehensive analyses (quantitative & qualitative) of the state of culture, employee engagement, human capital (HR) practices and leadership in organizations; b) custom designing and implementing organization-fit (human capital and culture) strategies, programs and interventions; c) as well as workshop facilitation and coaching. However, as issues of People and Culture naturally overlap with foundational business strategy and whole systems transformation issues – he often also get involved with these aspects.
