|| Alan has over 35 years working with and leading people. First as a chemical engineer and then in leadership positions in the technical, project management, operations and marketing fields. He was Managing Director of two companies in the listed Chemical Services organisation before founding Customer Diagnostics in 1999. Customer Diagnostics purpose is to change the world by helping organisations, companies, teams and individuals achieve more than they ever believed possible. Their specific focus is in the field of helping organisations develop and implement strategic change. He has extensive Strategy, Process and Whole System Change facilitation expertise. He primarily works with Executives. He is also a level 4 facilitator of the Achievement Process ® Alan consults in South Africa and internationally for primarily medium sized organisations to large international corporates.
